Latest News Mamta's wedding on December 28

The wedding date of South Indian actress-singer Mamta Mohandas, who got engaged to her distant relative and childhood friend Prajith in Kochi on 11.11.11, has been finalized. She will marry Prajith on December 28, 2011.

The marriage ceremony is going to be a grand affair unlike her engagement, a source claimed. Buzz is that she will be saying good bye to her acting career after her marriage. Prajith is a Bahrain based business man and incidentally, Mamta was born in Bahrain. Prajith and Mamta were neighbours in Bahrain.

Rana in Malayalam?

If the reports are to be believed, Telugu-Hindi actor Rana Daggubati, who is currently busy with Department in Hindi and Naa Ishtam in Telugu, has been approached to star in a Malayalam film based on the life and times of legendary Travancore king Anizham Thirunal Marthanda Varma, who ruled Travancore from 1729 to 1758.

The proposed film will be directed by K. Sreekumar and produced by UAE-based Media Maps Cinevision in Malayalam, Hindi and English. Poet-lyricist K. Jayamkumar has penned the script.

According to legend, it was during Marthanda Varma's regime that the last major renovation of Sree Padmanabhaswamy temple commenced. The temple is now identified as the richest temple in the world with a treasure of more than Rs. 1 lakh crores.

According to records, Varma "surrendered" the kingdom of Travancore to Sree Padmanabhaswamy, the deity at the temple, in 1750 and pledged that he and his descendants would be vassals or agents of the deity who would serve the kingdom as Padmanabha Dasa.

A R Rahman back to Malayalam

After his one of the debut movies as a music director 'Yodha' , one of the world's favourite musician A R Rahman definitely reared million of fans in the state of Kerala. But never he attempted something for Malayalam films. Many of his Tamil ventures featured Malayalam lyrics and Kerala music, as a tribute to an industry that helped him and his family to stay on. But the recent news offer something for the Mollywood cinephiles to cheer.

Yes, ARR will be soon heard in Malayalam as has agreed to be a part of the magnum opus historical 'Randaamoozham' directed by Hariharan in the scripts of M T Vasudevan Nair.

Mohanlal will be in the role of Bheeman in this literary adaptation, which may also feature south Indian stalwarts like Kamal Haasan and Mammooty as Duryodhanana and Karnan. Pitched as the costliest ever movie ever made in Malayalam, 'Randaamoozham' will be on sets by the mid of 2012.

Vishnuvardhana Audio on 22nd November

Finally the suspense is over.  The audio of  much expected Sudeep starrer  Vishnuvardhana produced by actor-producer Dwarakish and directed by Kumar is getting released on 22nd November and the film will be releasing on 1st December.

This has been confirmed by Kicha himself in his latest tweet which gives the ‘confirmed’ dates of  audio and the film’s release.  Singer Tippu has  sung  for  one  song  of  the  film.

Kicha tweets:  ‘Acc to harikrishna,,Vishnuvardhana audio to b out on 22nd..Movie to hit screens on Dec 1st,,says Yogesh,  Yogesh is the son of  Dwarakish and is  the executive producer of the film.

Yogesh has also confirmed about these dates in a chat with Chitraoloka Mega Portal.

Sandhya spoke to HosurOnline on love rumour!

There were also news that Sandhya’s films are not doing well and she has lost her market.

When asked Sandhya about this, she said, “I am getting lots of offers. But I am not accepting all of them. I am only selecting the films that have good storyline. It is a wrong notion that I have lost the market. I am acting in the best Malayalam films. There is continuous news that I am in love with Santhanoo. We are good friends and there is no love between us. When the time comes, my parents will decide about my marriage".

இஸ்லாமாபாத்: பாகிஸ்தானின் சிந்த் மாகாணத்தில் இந்து மதத்தைச் சேர்ந்த மருத்துவ சகோதரர்கள் 3 பேரைக் கொன்ற வழக்கில் 11 பேர் கைது செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளதாக அந்நாட்டின் உள்துறை அமைச்சர் ரஹ்மான் மாலிக் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.

பாகிஸ்தானின் சிந்த் மாகாணத்தின் சிகார்பூர் மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ள சக் டவுனில் கிளிக்கில் பணி புரிந்தனர் இந்து மதத்தைச் சேர்ந்த மருத்துவர்கள் அஜீத் குமார், நரேஷ் குமார் மற்றும் அஷோக் குமார். அவர்கள் மூவரும் சகோதர்கள் ஆவர். கடந்த 7ம் தேதி வழக்கம்போல் கிளினிக்கில் இருந்த அவர்களை ஆயுதம் ஏந்திய சிலர் துப்பாக்கியால் சுட்டுத் தள்ளினர்.

இதில் சகோதரர்கள் 3 பேரும் பரிதாபமாக உயிர் இழந்தனர். பாகிஸ்தானில் இந்து மதத்தினர் கொல்லப்படுவது இது முதல் முறையன்று என்று அங்கு வாழும் இந்துக்கள் தெரிவித்தனர். இந்நிலையில் இந்த கொலை வழக்கில் 11 பேர் கைது செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளனர் என்று அந்நாட்டின் உள்துறை அமைச்சர் ரஹ்மான் மாலிக் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.

இரண்டு அமைப்புகளுக்கு உள்ள விரோதத்தில் மருத்துவர்கள் கொல்லப்பட்டனர். கொலையாளிகளின் இலக்கு அவர்கள் அல்ல என்று மாலிக் மேலும் தெரிவித்தார்.

పోలీసులకు చిక్కిన ప్రియమణిని వేధిస్తున్నవ్యక్తి

గత కొద్ది నెలలుగా ప్రియమణి ని మెసేజులతో,ఫోన్ కాల్స్ తో వేధిస్తున్న వ్యక్తిని హైదరాబాద్ పోలీసులు పట్టుకున్నట్లు సమాచారం. గత కొంతకాలంగా ప్రియమణి..కంటిన్యూగా నెంబర్స్ మార్చేస్తూ ఎవరికీ దొరకటం లేదు.దానితో ఆమెకు ఆఫర్స్ సైతం రావటం లేదు.దానికి కారణం కేవలం హైదరాబాద్ కుకూట్ పల్లికి చెందిన వ్యక్తి ఆమె ఫోన్ నెంబర్స్ ట్రేస్ చేస్తూ ఆమెకు అసభ్యకరమైన మెసేజ్ లు పంపుతూ,మాట్లాడటమే అని తెలిసింది.ఆమె ఎన్నిసార్లు నెంబర్స్ మార్చినా ఆ వ్యక్తి పట్టుకుని ఆమెను వేధింస్తున్నాడు. ఆ వ్యక్తి కోసం పోలీసులు గత కొంత కాలంగా ట్రేస్ చేస్తున్నారు. రెండు మూడు సార్లు దొరికినట్లే దొరికి తప్పించుకుపోయి చివరకు పోలీస్ ల వలలో చిక్కాడు.ప్రియమణి ఊపరి పీల్చుకుంది. ఇక ప్రియమణి ప్రస్తుతం కన్నడంలో ‘లక్ష్మీ’ ‘ఖో ఖో’ ‘విష్ణువర్దన’ చిత్రాల్లో నటిస్తోంది. టాలీవుడ్‌లో మరో చరిత్రాత్మక చిత్రంలోనూ నటించే అవకాశం వచ్చింది. అయితే ఈ చిత్రంలో నటించాలంటే భారీ పారితోషికాన్నే డిమాండ్ చేసిందట ఈ అమ్మణ్ని.
